If snap on made a bike tool, it would look just like this. This tool is a must have.. you can measure last cut 10 times and still beat the next guy and his tool. The inner metal appears to be made out of some sort of metal colored semi congeal mallable substance that is not real metal because it bends and snaps like plastic. If plastic were organic then this metal would be gmo.
