made of inferior materials and poorly assembled, not worth the money or time. pin snapped right out of the box on an oem kmc chain. when i went to replace the tip with one of the 2 others in the tool base...the cap was bound up by the extra tips that rattled around inside the tool during shipping. and those tips also snapped while removing the cap, shredding most of the threads in the process. the tool destroyed itself, and i was left with zero usable tips and a useless tool. had to break out the crank brothers M19 multitool chain tool to install the new chains on my bikes. cool looking tool, and i wanted it to be good, but unfortunately its a better paperweight than a chain tool.

installed a Gold KMC chain using this tool, Good Chian Breaker!
