This is a review for more the company DansComp than what I purchased from them. I needed a special clamp for an older rack to fit a newer suv w/ diff rails. I was under a tight timeline so was happy when I found them on DansComp website. I ordered with expedited shipping and when I called with concern a few days later as fedex hadn’t updated, the person said there was an issue with tracking and should arrive that day. However, that same person (bummed I didn’t get his name) knew I needed the part by the end of week, after we hung up went to double check and found there was an issue with the shipment. He immediately sent another shipmentt overnight so I would have it in time to leave on our family vacation! That is service excellence and I will absolutely use DansComp again when I need something as well as spread the word. Thank you.
