Comparable to the Odyssey Slic in every way. I think it comes down to being a fan boy of Shadow or Odyssey. This cable doesn't kink easily or tighten up when you spin your bars. Keep in mind that you will have to cut this bad boy down if you don't like a lot of extra junk flopping around. I used a dremel tool to cut the internal wires of the cable housing (you will not be able to cut this with wire cutters, unless you are god like). The actual cable on the other hand is super easy to cut with wire cutters if you are a man.

I have seen to many kids running their straight cables wrong, and have helped them out. Keep in mind that you need to run your cable down the top tube on the same side as your lever! This can be argued, but generally this is good practice!
(also; get a velco strap to secure your cable near your headset!)
