Note: To ensure that every component on your bicycle is working properly, Dan's Comp recommends that all bikes be assembled by a qualified mechanic. Improper assembly of your bicycle may lead to premature wear or failure of individual components such as headsets, crank assembly and wheels. Failure to do so may void the manufacturer warranty.

This was a $580 time bomb. Whether it’s Dan’s Comp or Stolen Brand — someone sold me a bike that failed catastrophically and sent me to the ER. If this isn’t being investigated for a recall, it should be.
Handle bars are rather wide and the grips are also very wide around 6.25” and feel cheap but that’s ok. Going to chop the bars and add some lock ons. I would recommend this bike, and I’m happy with my purchase
I've built hundreds of bike shop bikes over the years and this is one well designed bike.
I can't comment on the chain quality as I have a bunch of heavy duty BMX chains so I never used the stock chain.
It rides amazing!
The closer you get to it, the better it looks.
Alignment was a bit off, sent the a video and they got back to me right away on what I needed to do. Yesterday my chain broke and they immediately replace the chain without me having to so for free. Yes there were a few things on a bike that needed repairing but I never get this type of customer service and overall amazing experience. I will always go to these guys moving forward based on this alone.
Also bike is rad AF and wasn’t that much.
Thanks again!
*Edit: the dans comp service team read this review, contacted me via email and offered to send me a new chain! How awesome is that customer service? I didn't complain to them about it, I read the reviews prior to purchase and knew the chain was a weak spot but purchasing the full chromoly frame/fork at this price point was more than worth it for me...these guys are rad as f*ck!!!
