Highly recommend the Rhinodillo Tire Liners for BMX, I've been using them for several years now with excellent results. I use to get flats often, but these liners definitely prevent flats. Make sure you install them correctly, and before every ride set your tire pressure. You shouldn't have too many issues. First time I set these up, I ran over a staple but was able to continue to ride the rest of the night without any flats/issues. Again, highly recommend them!
