The Shimano XTR PD-M9220 Pedals are designed to deliver exceptional comfort and performance and to hold up to the use and abuse from aggressive trail riding. An oversized platform with four adjustable pins will protect the clipless binding mechanism from impacts and improve the stability of the foot whether the rider is clipped into the pedals or not, resulting in better leg and foot comfort and efficient transfer of power to the pedals. Improved seals within the bearings allows these pedals to smoothly rotate season after season, and the highly adjustable clipless mechanism and pedal surface are very open so mud and debris can freely flow through which will ensure easy clipless entry and exit even in nasty weather and trail conditions. Finally, these pedals will include a pair of CL-MT001 cleats that will more easily engage with the clipless mechanism so you can focus more on the trail and less on what is going on under your feet.
