Crane MIPS Helmet Description:

The POC Crane MIPS helmet is an award-winning, lightweight helmet with durable and dent-resistant construction. POC has implemented a new kind of liner, combining two different densities. The stiffer outer part deals with higher energy impacts while the inside provides protection for lower energy impacts. Together the two densities work to provide a progressive stop in case of an impact. Crane has a considerably thicker shell than a traditional in-mold helmet, further improving its durability. The unique size adjustment system makes it possible to customize the fit of the helmet to ensure it stays safe and comfortable in place.

  • Dual-density EPS liner is used within the helmet to absorb a wider range of impacts and ensure a progressive stop after any impact
  • In-Mold construction improves the longevity of the helmet and quite frankly looks much nicer
  • Extra tough polycarbonate outer shell gives excellent protection from knocks, scratches, and dents
  • Adjustable sizing system allows you to dial in the fit via an easy to use dial at the rear of the helmet
  • Adjustable strap dividers ensure a comfortable fit with better security and the strap anchors are molded into the inside liner for better durability and safety
  • MIPS rotational impact protection reduces torsional stresses on the head and neck in the event of an accident
