The Odyssey Evo 2.5 U-Brake is a modernized version of the popular Evo 2, brought up to date with more room for larger tire sizes. Like the classic Evo 2, it is built around modular hardware features that allows it to be easily set up as a front or rear brake.

  • Flush surfaces with lowest possible overall stack height
  • Spring tension indicators for easy set up
  • Front or rear wheel use
  • Sleek aluminum front cable adapter
  • Includes with Odyssey’s convenient double lugged straddle cable, custom curved cable hanger and an array of hardware for adapting the brake to every possible set-up

Theyre the "2.5" brakes" i have a 2.5" wide tire and they do not clear the tire , I have a brand new rim too so no bends and THEY DO NOT CLEAR THE TIRE...SO I RIDE BRAKELESS...

Work great. Plenty of tire clearance. Love that they state on the side which color spring and which direction for tension, very helpful

The quality I expect out of Odyssey brand, if I'm paying a premium price I receive a premium product enough said. The U-brake and all the components that are included are top quality and the installation instructions are defined perfectly.

Best U brakes you buy in my opinion. I think they are much better than the springfield brakes. And they clear wider tires.
