The Michelin Pilot Pump Track tire excels on hard pack surfaces so riders can hit the local park or pump track and ride confidently. Slight tread siping allows the tire to shed water and improve grip in poor weather conditions.

Can these tires see the future? Long answer: no. Short answer: maybe? They grip like they know what's coming. I only ride city streets and paved trails with the occasional hard pack or gravel mixed in and they are exceptional on all surfaces. Super quick and very stable. The only drawback is that they are a tad on the baloon-ey side for a BMX bike. They barely fit on my Redline pl26 ( had to add a link to the chain and axle is almost to the back of the dropout) and they even more barely fit into the stock Tektro V-Brake. They are totally worth it to me though for the grip and the way they feel. Michelin Pilot Sports for your bicycle! Update 4/3/26: I’ve put 4000 or so miles on these things, and still love them. I did have to add tuff strips front and back, as they are pretty thin and very susceptible to thorns and sharp road hazards. Haven’t had a puncture since I added them about 4 years ago. Great tires!
