KHE Mac 2+ Folding Tire Description:

The KHE MAC2+ Folding Tire is one of the most popular tires for park/ramp riders. Thanks to it's kevlar folding bead and light-weight tread, this is one of the lightest park tires in the game. While most tires weigh in somewhere between 20 and 26 ounces, the KHE MAC2+ weighs in at an astonishing 13.7 oz! This weight savings is even more beneficial because it is rotational weight. Differences in rotational weight are much more noticeable while riding than stationary weight (like a frame, cranks, etc.). Pick up a set of these and be amazed by how much lighter your bike feels in the air. Sold individually.

KHE MAC2+ Folding Tire (Black) (20") (2.3") (406 ISO)
I got these tires because they are the lightest “best” tire to can get. I get to ride once a week as a dad with 3 kids, I put these tires on with “ride now” lightweight tubes, they felt amazing an have had no issues well riding them. My issue with these come with 2 reasons, one tire blew up at 9am in morning an I thought it was the tube, I put a normal tube in it a that exploded in my face. I googled why that happens a most common issue if the sidewall fails on tires. Dans comp sent me a replacement because they are awesome, have rode that tire for one session an it exploded on me. So then my third khe tire the final one remaining I went outside today to the tire being completely flat but the ride now tube is fine. With all of this said it may just be my issues but I’m going with the sidewall keeps failing on these tires. I’ve seen many people run these an not have issues but these are my.

PS. I’ve rode the “ride now” tubes with other tires for weeks an never had issues until I got this tire. Also I checked the rim and nothing seems wrong. Had the “Brian foster foldable” before these an had zero issues ever in the whole year an a half I rode them.

Definitely not 2.3” hardly 2.2” if that… started seeing sidewalll after 30 days give or take, maybe it was the pair I got but I’d say these are park ONLY

Super light. I could tell a huge difference on the bike. Been riding it for a few months now and still holding up with no issues.

Cannot bring myself to ride these. They feel paper thin when installing. Going to save them for the kids. Reinstalled my still newish Odyssey path pro 100psi tires that feel heavy and reassuring. The khe's may be fine but I don't want to chance it.
