1. What got you in to BMX? Was there a certain rider, event, video, friend, etc that made you want to try BMX? Tell us a little bit of your story of how you got to this point.
I first started in motocross when I was like 5-6 years old and did a lot of racing in that until I was about 9 years old. Our local MX track had shut down for a year because they were under construction adding in a pipeline. A friend of my dad’s that he skateboarded with had said since we liked racing and with the track now closed, we should try BMX racing. We went out to the BMX track, rented a bike and I won my first race. We went back the following week and I won again and was instantly hooked and we ended up buying the rental bike.
We did a lot of racing over the next couple years but then I realized that I loved jumping and going high and fast. At the races, I started tricking the jumps more than worrying about the racing and when I got my first park bike, I realized my real passion was freestyle BMX.
What are your proudest accomplishments or best memories made on a bike? This could be tricks learned, contest results, places traveled, etc.
Learning flair whips has to be the trick I'm proud to accomplish and land recently. Also coming in First place at Woodward PA for the USABMX National series this past summer. For the contest I sent a flip whip in my first run, which was the first time to wood and in my second run I threw a 360 backflip, and that was also the first time sending it to wood.
3. Why do you love BMX so much?
I love the adrenaline and the sense of accomplishment I get when landing a trick, it's like being on top of the world. I also love the BMX community. I’ve met so many great people over the years that I still talk to and hang out with.

4. Where’s the coolest or most memorable places you’ve ridden?
Because of BMX I’ve been to a lot of places to ride around the US. My most memorable and a cool place to ride was the Desert Trails Bike Park in Mesa, AZ. My favorite places to ride, that I get to ride often are Woodward, The Brewhouse, and Ray’s.
5. What trick was the hardest for you to learn? And/or, what’s a trick that you can do but struggle with or simply don’t like?
Tailwhips were the hardest trick for me to learn, just to get my one foot over the frame, seems like it took forever to land it. T-bogs are probably my least favorite trick to do. For some reason I always seem to crash on them, I just miss my hand, and this isn't even a hard trick to do lol.

6. Do you have any bucket list spots to ride or tricks to learn?
Bucket list trick right now is to land double flips. A spot I would love to ride would be the Caracas Trails in Brazil, they definitely look sick.
