- Fits 1" diameter frame top tube
- Includes frame top tube pad, handlebar crossbar pad, and stem pad
- Available in red/black and red/blue
Specifications:
- Frame Pad: 12" wide, 1" diameter
- Bar Pad: 9" wide, 3/4" diameter
- Stem Pad: 11" fits Pro Neck old school stems. Will NOT fit more modern stems
