The Federal Command ICS2 frame has been designed to keep cost down while still maintaining the strength and quality that Federal is known for. The frame is made with 4130 chromoly with heat-treated head tube, BB shell and dropouts. It features the 2nd version of the ICS wishbone to make it even lighter than the V1. This allows it to have the shortest rear end of the whole Federal range while still having room to fit a 2.5" tire.
