BSD Substance XL V2 Cranks Description:

The BSD Substance XL V2 Cranks are a strong yet smooth 2.5 piece crank designed for the burliest of riders. The rectangular cross section heat-treated chromoly arms are paired with the heat-treated 24mm hollow chromoly spindle to ensure it can withstand big hits while keeping a low overall weight. The new invest cast boss design sits fully flush with the crank arm, completely eliminating sharp edges around the ankles. Available in both a rugged flat raw or a smooth flat black option.

This crank set includes a BSD Mid 24mm bottom bracket.

These cranks seem pretty stout. I wasn’t really looking for these but it seemed like most other options were out of stock, everywhere. The crank arms have a pretty heavy-duty look to me and I liked the fact that it came with the BB. I’ll definitely buy more BSD stuff in the future. They’re super rigid and really don’t flex. I have many sessions on them so far and I’m happy with this purchase.
