Same Day Shipping: Our goal is to ship 99% of all orders received before 6:00 PM CST Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.
Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, money orders/certified check/cashier check, gift certificates, and personal checks. PayPal cannot be used on spoke or custom wheel orders. There can be no changes to your order after paying with PayPal.
Sales Tax: We collect sales tax for all Indiana residents. For all other states, it is the sole responsibility of the consumer to report and pay any applicable sales/use tax due on all purchases.
Return Checks: Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 service charge or the maximum allowed by law. In the event your account requires legal action or a collection agency, the fee will be added to your account balance and collected.
International Orders: We ship worldwide including Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. Freight charges for international shipments are dependent upon dimensions and weight. Duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the consignee.
Errors and Omissions in Copy: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, typographical, omissions or photographic errors can and do occur. Please understand that we reserve the right to make corrections where discovered, and DansComp reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions to our copy and pricing. We are not obligated to sell items at miss-marked prices. We apologize and make every effort to avoid these errors.
Quantity Limits: DansComp at its own discretion, reserves the right to cancel or limit the quantities sold to individuals or prohibit sales to dealers.
Backorders: Occasionally, some items are unavailable and may be backordered which requires a separate shipment. We do not backorder items on C.O.D. orders. All backorders will be shipped Ground or US Mail when items are available unless other arrangements are made by the customer. NOTE: Certain sale merchandise, products with uncertain availability, items priced under $25.00 and discontinued items may not be backordered.
Returns: Dan's Comp wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it in NEW, UNUSED or UNINSTALLED condition and in the original box, within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund, less the original postage and handling. If you choose to exchange item(s), you must pay shipping and handling charges. All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped via insured US Mail or ground service with freight prepaid. DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns will NOT be accepted for installed items, custom parts, music CD, videos or worn/washed clothing and customer service retains complete discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges or in-store credits. It is our goal to process all returns within 1 business day of receipt.
Billing Adjustments for Returns/Exchanges/Backorders: Please be aware that a billing adjustment (+/-) may be applied to your order in the event that you are returning an item or cancelling a backorder that qualified your original order for a promotion/discount. If after the return/cancellation, your order no longer qualifies for the promotion/discount - Dan's has the right to make the necessary billing adjustments.
Shipping Damage: If you receive parts that were damaged in shipping, please contact DansComp Customer Service. Don't forget to save your carton!
Shortages and Misships: If we have made a mistake on your order, we will work with you to best resolve any problems created. Please notify us regarding any mistakes with your order! We want to hear about problems ASAP in order to serve you better. We will pay for all shipping charges (Ground) for misships by reimbursing you for actual shipping charges.
Credit Procedures: We issue credits for accepted claims. If you paid with a credit card, your refund will be issued against that same card. All other methods will be refunded by a company check mailed to your billing address within 2 business days after we've been assured of proper credit for your check.
