The Redline Flight AL race cranks have a 2.5-pc design featuring hollow forged 6066 aluminum arms with large cross-section to maximize strength and rigidity, steel pedal inserts, a 24mm hollow chromoly spindle that's pressed into the right side arm, and a 4x104mm spider gear that's forged from 7050 aluminum to further increase stiffness. The included External Euro BB features 6061 aluminum cups with oversized cartridge bearings for smoother operation and extended bearing life when compared to a conventional Euro BB.

I saw the delivery man walking up my driveway with my delivery, I opened the door to accept the package and could here the crank arms banging against each other. All parts in the box were loose, the zip ties used to attach the cranks and bb were in the box but had been cut and everything was left to move freely inside their Redline box. Their were several scratches and nicks on the crank arms and bottom bracket external cups.

The cranks are awesome. But the non driveside crank arm in both sets came free in the packaging and banged around against the spindle and the other crank arm and star all through shipping. That should be addressed.
