Too expensive. I simply wanted a 23t sprocket and Profile's the only one available. It's an industry problem: 25/9 isn't suitable for everyone (and I'm a 195lb adult and not some skinny kid). Wish I had other options besides one expensive offering from Profile.
Narrow and made for 3/32 chain. It'll wear quicker than a 1/8 chain sprocket. Considering this size is never used on a race bmx I don't know why this - and anything up to 25t - can't be the thicker size.
22/19 adapter was an INTERFERENCE fit with the sprocket. Luckily I have a 20 ton hydraulic press, and that's exactly how I got the adapter on. Never had issues with other sprockets and adapters. Started with a hammer and wood blocks and got adapter 1/3 on. At this point, NO further hammering, or using of screw clamps would've sufficed. The hydraulic press was ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL. Freezing the adapter and heating the sprocket might've worked for using a hammer, but c'mon, this is ridiculous. Who should have to do that? And btw I'm a certified motorcycle tech and have done lots of bearing replacements and know about fitting parts and no, the adapter wasn't cocked in the hole as I was installing it.
Upshot is that sprocket is extremely precise with NO variance in chain tension when cycling the pedals.
Unless you have a hydraulic press and/or Profile fixes the adapter fit do not buy this sprocket if you have a 19mm bb spindle and need to use the adapter.
