Excellent adapter to have Mid BB fit in an "American" style frame. These installed nicely in an American size (~51mm internal diameter) to accept 42mm Mid BMX Bottom Bracket bearings. I used these to upgrade the BB on a Framed brand BMX. These installed nicely with a bearing press, and so far are an excellent upgrade to the original equipment stamped-steel bearing cups and the difficult to maintain crown bearing setup that came on the bike.
