It works. Unfortunately I had a pretty severe crash about a week after I received this. While I had a major fracture in my leg requiring surgery, my torso was 100% effective and I received only a scrape on my left elbow (which was covered by another brand’s elbow pads - they are awesome too!).

By the way, this happened in an asphalt banked turn at a good rate of speed. I absolutely would recommend this Body Tee to anyone who demands safety, security, and comfort from their race gear.
