The Leatt 3DF 6.0 knee guard is the best for bmx racing or riding trails. This longitude design feels so comfortable and covers part of my shin. I'm a short 5' 4" rider who rides park, trails, street and I also Bmx Race. Personal Protection is very important to me as I get older.
