Highly recommend these Haro Legends wheels if your looking for a "cheap" wheelset for your 26" cruiser. This is a high quality built wheel straight out the box ready to roll. High flange sealed bearing hub, 3/8 axle, 3x laced to a double wall rim with quality hardware and a rim strip, fyi 110 spacing. Can't be beat! These look great without any branding on the hub or rim, blacked out ninja steez.
