GT 2021 Mach One Expert Bike (Blue) (19.5" TopTube)
I just got this for my 9 year old. She is 4'5" and she rode this out of the box like a champ during her first practice at a real track. It's light as well. The paint job is awesome. Though I can see it getting dinged up in the rigors of transporting and racing. For a novice this bike is good.

Update 1: My daughter already busted the left pedal and crank arm. I can't get replacement parts from GT, so I'm ordering a new crankset and re-gearing it to my daughter. The crankset and arms are the weak part of this bike. The crankset components don't seem to be any better than what come on a bike from the big box stores. In the meantime I found a mismatched left crank arm to fit so she can keep riding.

Update 2: The crankset has to be completely replaced after two months. The temp fix of a mismatched arm worked briefly. If you buy this bike go ahead and order a new BB and crankset with it. Left arm came off easy. Right arm threads stripped as soon as the puller started to work. I had to get a ball joint fork and bust it off. I ordered from the mega-zon store site and got a cheapo hollow axle/external bearing/aluminum arm combo and it is working out well this race season.
