The Cinema Projector stem lets you get the height of a topload stem with the look of a frontload stem. Featuring a 50mm reach and 25mm rise, this stem should feel right at home coming from most traditional topload stems. The recessed fork cap bolt design means this stem will work on all standard fork steerer tube lengths as well. Six oversized allen key bolts provide plenty of strength and torque to keep your bars in place.

Love everything about it except for the fact that the “recessed fork cap bolt design” that they brag about doesn’t have a big enough diameter to fit most (any?) headset spacers or the bolt cap on my forks, and it’s angled so you can’t just screw the cap over it.
I tried numerous different headset spacers and none of them would fit in that stupid little hole. I tried to take out my stem bolts & pry the steerer tube clamp portion open as much as I could, then wrenched my fork cap bolt tight but I still ended up with a gap under the backside of the cap. I also don’t want to screw that cap on so tight that it wrecks my headset bearings. I thought about trying to force it in with a rubber mallet but that would tear up both the stem and the bolt cap.
