Answer Dagger Carbon Fork Description:

The Answer Dagger Carbon BMX Forks are one of the most popular forks in the BMX racing game. The Daggers are a lightweight race fork made from a 4K thread count carbon fiber weave with a 1-pc 7000 series aluminum steerer tube and crown. It uses 7000 series aluminum dropouts, a built in compression device, and is available in a wide selection of wheel, steer tube, and axle sizes.

My only complaint is the compression nut that comes with the fork. In order to snug it down so my front end is good, required me to tighten it down scratching my brand new stem, and the scratches stay visible because of the design of the nut. I'm going to use a thin spacer on top of the stem under the nut and see if that hides the scratches. I would have preferred a compression system that is flush with the top of the stem, but trying to accomplish that scratched my stem, so spacer it is. Peace

These forks are not only beautiful, but very light and extremely stiff. They fit seamlessly with my tapered headset and are of flawless construction. I couldn’t be happier. I ordered them early one day and they were at my door the very next.

What can a fifty something racer say about the Dagger fork? Everybody runs them ! I would like to say I am pleased with Dan's comp's customer service and how easy it was to make a return. I had incorrectly ordered a tapered fork. The refund for my incorrect purchase showed up quickly on my credit card account after they received the fork.

This is a five star fork that I give four stars because the description leaves out important information. Buyer be aware that the fork tube is threaded and comes with a threaded cap, so don't plan on cutting down the fork tube to size. The fork DOES NOT come with a fork race or stem spacers. Once I bought the additional parts at a local bike shop installation was easy and the fork performed as expected.

The Answer dagger carbon fiber fork is absolutely outstanding! It is what you would expect from Answer BMX. They are perfection at its best. The craftmanship the quality super super light weight and the strength amd durability of carbon all embodied into one fork. My race bike now weights 21lbs. I didn't think 2 pounds would make a difference boy was i wrong. I feel faster, stronger and lighter out the gate. Very impressive fork! If you are looking for a carbon fork look no further because this is the "Answer" to your racing needs!

These forks are the Answer! Installation was effortless. The forks came all black (no chrome) they look sick. Performance is night and day compared to the standard steel forks I replaced. Dan's customer service team is the best!
