1. How long will it take for the email to arrive?
Because of a dependency on your form of payment processing error free, it could vary. If no problems are encountered, the email could be sent in as little as 2 hours or as much as a 24 hours to even a couple of days if we are awaiting communication back from you. If placed on a weekend, the Electronic Gift Card would not be Emailed until Monday. Your order has to Invoice before a Card number can be assigned. It is EXTREMELY important that you provide the Billing address which your credit card statement is mailed to for the payment method being used on your order to avoid any address issues with payment approval.
NOTE: During Christmas Electronic Gift Cards are processed more frequently, as well as, during weekends. The cutoff time on Christmas Eve for delivery is 12/24 at 11am CST.
2. How can the Gift Card be redeemed?
They can be redeemed online during checkout or by calling 1-888-888-3267 to place an order and provide the Gift Card Number as a form of Payment.
3. What happens if the Email Never Arrives?
You should first check your Spam or Junk mail folders for an email from em.danscompmail.com. If you do not find it there, please call 1-888-888-3267 and press option 3 for Customer Service. You may also send us an Email through our Contact Form and choose Gift Certificate as the Subject Line. Calling our toll free number during Business Hours will be the fastest way.
4. Can you send an email again that was not received?
Yes, we can resend an Email if needed.
5. Can I send it to myself and forward it?
Yes. The email will be sent to the email address provided as the recipeint.
