Please read the following information carefully to understand our shipping policies.

Simply click on the flag in the upper left hand corner of our website and select the desired country. Please keep in mind that your credit card will be billed in US dollars and your credit card company will bill you with your home currency at the current exchange rate.
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including: the destination country and the weight of the items and/or size of the box. To view our shipping chart for your country, click here.
Customs, Duties, Taxes & other Fees
Dan’s Comp is pleased to offer our International Customers TWO options during Checkout:
Option 1 - All applicable customs, import duties, taxes and fees are NOT included in our shipping cost. These amounts are assessed when your package arrives in your country and are your responsibility (even if you refuse the package).
Option 2 - Select the CHECK BOX for Dan’s to collect the customs, duties, taxes and other fees and there will never be any additional costs due upon delivery. We have partnered with UPS to offer a door-to-door service to our international customers that includes all shipping costs from the U.S. to your country, as well as ALL applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees using UPS’s Global E-Commerce Solution (GECS).
What is UPS’s Global E-Commerce Solution (GECS)?
We have partnered with UPS to offer a door-to-door service to our international customers that includes the shipping costs from the U.S. to your country, as well as ALL applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees as determined by your countries customs and revenue authorities. No brokers, no customs agents, no hassles.
Are there any additional costs that will be due when my order arrives?
No. When you choose for Dan’s Comp to collect the customs, duties, taxes and fees there will never be any additional costs due upon delivery.
How does UPS calculate the customs, duties, taxes and fees?
This amount is calculated based on many factors including: your country’s tax laws, the tariff’s your country places on the item(s) you have purchased, the amount of your order and the shipping costs (where applicable).
Can I choose to pay the customs, duties, taxes and other fees?
Yes, make sure the box is un-checked where it states ‘Dan's Comp collects ALL Customs, Duties, Taxes & other Fees’. All applicable customs, import duties, taxes and other fees will NOT be included in your shipping cost. These amounts will be assessed when your package arrives in your country and will be your responsibility (even if you refuse the package).
We have provided estimated delivery times that represent the number of days for the package to arrive in your country (3 to 5). If you choose to be responsible for customs, duties, taxes & fees then we cannot estimate how long it will take for customs to release your package.
If your order cannot be delivered (due to an incorrect address or if you refuse the package) you will be responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees imposed by your government PLUS return freight. By not accepting the package you are refusing to comply with our International Shipping Policies and may not be entitled to any refund(s) or reimbursement(s) once the package is returned to us.
We do not ship partial orders to International addresses. Please be aware that the entire order will be delayed until the backordered item(s) become available. To avoid any delay in your order, please select in-stock items only.
We are unable to collect customs, duties, taxes & other fees for shipments going to an International PO Box. Due to size and weight restrictions, additional fees may apply if you chose to have your package sent to an International PO Box. We are unable to calculate this additional cost until after the order has been packaged. If additional fees apply or if your package cannot ship to a PO Box, you will be notified via email. Failure to respond will delay the delivery of your order and may result in the order being cancelled.
