Dan's Competition is proud to be able to offer the speed and
convenience of Secure Online Ordering to our customers. We use
state-of-the-art Internet security technology including Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL) and Thawte® Security Certificates.
With Secure Socket Layers (SSL) all payment information provided by you, such as your card number, expiration date, etc. are safely encrypted. This data encryption is active during data transfer of your order, as well as when the data is stored on our server, thus offering you complete, all-around protection. You will see an unbroken key, or a lock symbol (depending on what browser you use) at the bottom of that page, telling you when the encryption feature is active. Please note that encryption is only active in the checkout page, which is why you will see a broken key / lock symbol on all other pages where fraud protection is not an issue.

- All Orders are e-mailed a separate confirmation message stating that the order was received. If you did not receive this confirmation, then it’s possible that the e-mail address you entered may be incorrect.
- All Credit Card Orders are fully verified and are shipped only to the Cardholder's Billing Address or a bank authorized Ship To address.
- If the Ship To address is different from your credit card Billing Address, it will be necessary (for your protection) to call your bank and pre-authorize a different Ship To address.
- If you are not using a secure browser, or if you’re uncomfortable with the concept of online ordering, you also have the option to PRINT your final order from your browser, and FAX or MAIL it to us. Please include your check, money order or complete credit card information. Be sure you do not submit the order online.

of MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DansComp
shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that
you may have suffered as a result of the purchase and/or use of merchandise.
Your exclusive remedy with respect to DansComp is replacement, refund
or a credit as provided herein. Most warranties are handled by the manufacturer.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY CONCERNS
Please contact the US Manufacturer directly for all warranty issues. DO NOT take your item to a local shop unless otherwise directed by the US Manufacturer. Click here for a list of US Manufacturers. As always we want to provide the highest level of Customer Service we can, so if you question whether your problem is a warranty issue or not, you can contact us to help make that determination. If it is a warranty issue, as stated above, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to handle the warranty.
