do I order by fax?

To
order by fax, pull out the order form from your catalog and be sure
to fill it out completely.

Site
After you
have selected the items you want, click the Check-Out button and answer
the questions until you get to Step 6. Click PRINT ORDER and
print out your order. Call our fax line at 1-812-838-2693 24 hours a
day/7 days a week.
Faxed orders
can only be paid by credit card. No C.O.D. orders accepted on faxed
orders.

When placing
an order by phone be sure to have your credit card number and expiration
date available. The billing address for the credit card should match
the billing address for the order. In some cases, we do not ship orders
to alternate addresses.
Money
Order/Certified Check/Cashier Check:
To pay
for an order with these forms of payment, make it payable to Dan's Comp.
All Money Order/Certified Check/Cashier Check must be payable in U.S.
Funds only. All other forms of currency will force us to return the
order to you.
Check:
We
must receive payment in full before we process your order.
For your
protection, all personal checks are subject to complete address and
bank verification thru Tele-Check. Tele-Check is an outside source
for electronic check processing. Tele-Check makes all decisions and
Dan'sComp has no influence or responsibility for the approval or non-approval
of your check.
In the
event your check does not pass this verification service, your order
may be put on hold for 15 business days.
To pay
for an order with a check, make it payable to Dan's Comp. Checks must
be payable in U.S. Funds only. All other forms currency will force
us to return the order to you.
Gift
Certificates:
To redeem a GIFT CERTIFICATE, please call 1-888-888-DANS(3267) to place your order.
We accept
gift certificates sold by Dan's Comp only. For all orders, all we require
is the gift certificate number. Please be aware all gift certificates
have an expiration date printed on them.
C.O.D.
Orders
C.O.D.
orders are for established customers only. We do not accept C.O.D.
orders through our website or by fax. You must call our order department
at 1-888-888-3267. For an updated list of our hours of operation, click
here.
We require
a minimum merchandise value of $50. There is an additional fee of the current carrier rate on orders and is subject to change without notice. If you refuse shipment of a C.O.D. order, you will
still be responsible for all shipping charges. Ground shipping is the
only shipping method available for C.O.D. orders.
To pay
for a C.O.D. order, you must have a money order, certified check or
cashier check for the exact amount of your order made payable to Dan's Comp.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax on
orders shipped to Indiana only. Taxes are calculated on the merchandise total including shipping.
