Need to exchange your item for a different size, color or brand all together? No problem, we now offer Free Return Shipping on ALL Apparel, including: Backpacks (July - September), Belts, Casual Shirts, Hats, Jackets, Jeans/Pants, Long Sleeve T-Shirts, Tees, Shoes, Shorts, Socks, Hoodies and Wallets.
Here are the details:
Valid to customers located within the continental U.S. only. No exceptions.
Sorry, Shoes from the CLEARANCE section of our website are NOT eligible for Free Return Shipping.
Item(s) must be NEW , UN-USED and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Item(s) may be returned 30 Days from the date of original purchase.
Most shoe orders will contain a pre-paid shipping label and shipping bag in case you need to return them. If your order does not come with a POSTAGE PAID Return Label, simply call our Customer Service Department TOLL FREE
(1-888-888-3267) and we'll supply you with one.
1) Fill out the Return/Exchange form located on the back of your invoice.
2) Place the Return/Exchange form and the item(s) you are returning in a shipping bag or box.
3) Give the package to your local U.S. Postal Carrier or take to the nearest U.S. Post Office.
4) We'll cover the shipping back to us and get your return/exchange processed.
It's that simple!
Please keep in mind the following:
If you return an item that has been used or is not in the original packaging, it will be returned to you and you will be charged for the shipping both ways.
Customer accepts all shipping fees and/or additional charges if they fail to follow the above instructions or use the Return Label for anything other than what is listed above.
